Come join in the fun and participate in Pu`uwai Canoe Club’s next triathlon fundraiser event! The course is spectacular, allowing you to test your endurance while enjoying some of the most beautiful views on Kauai’s South Shore. We have age groups for everyone from young to young at heart. Additionally, you may enter as a single-person entry completing all race legs, or as a team with individual members completing different legs. Your participation helps to fund our canoe club, with a portion of the proceeds going toward support of a local, non-profit organization. We are now accepting entries for this event. Use our On-line Registration Form with credit card payment option through PayPal, or download a form below and register via mail with check payment.
This is a Sprint Distance Triathlon event:
• SWIM: 500-750 meters (based upon ocean conditions)
• BIKE: 14 miles
• RUN: 5K

5K Fun Run/Walk
Everyone can join in for this event... Athletes and couch potatoes alike! The 5K will run concurrently to the bike portion of the triathlon, and will follow the same run course in the triathlon description. See interactive course map below.
Time: Officials Area opens at 5:30am
Triathlon Start: At first light ~7:00am Fun Run Start: ~7:30am
Race Fees: Triathlon Individual - $60 (with military discount $55),
Triathlon Team - $90, Fun Run/Walk - $30
Registration Deadline is March 28! We will accept registrations after this deadline for an increased fee of $75 for TriKauai Individuals and $120 for TriKauai Teams. Race t-shirts for all participants are included in the registration fees, but are not guaranteed for late registration.
